Meeting Objectives

Celebrating and Building on 15-Years of Conservation Southern Style

MEETING PURPOSE
This event will highlight partnership progress and achievements around Southern Company and NFWF’s stewardship investments of the past 15 years, and promote an atmosphere that builds community and capacity in support of meaningful conservation outcomes into the future.

We discuss current, pressing conservation issues and on-the-ground activities occurring throughout the investment geography. It is designed to engage the collective expertise assembled to help solve key challenges faced by conservation partners in the Southeast and beyond, including both program implementers and funders. Ideas and solutions generated from presentations and discussions are used by Southern Company, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) and others to further develop, implement and enhance key conservation programs.
