Dress for the meeting is casual.

 

Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register and will be master billed.  Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations.

 

The Lodge is offering the group rate of $339 plus tax two days post the group dates.  If you are interested in staying Friday, July 19 or Saturday, July 20, please notate on your registration and your reservation will be extended.  Attendees will be responsible for the payment of the additional nights, and will need to present a credit card at check in for payment. 

Self- parking is available for $5/night. 

Valet is availablefor $10/night.
