Meeting Location

City Winery is located at the Ponce City Market annex, next to Dancing Goats Coffee and up the stairs from Binders Art Supply. Please enter on Glen Iris Drive, between Ponce De Leon Ave and North Ave NE.

Attire

Dress for the meeting is business casual.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Loews Hotel Midtown located at 1065 Peachtree Street, Atlanta GA.

Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register room, tax, and parking will be master billed. Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations.

Check-in

Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. and room keys are available at the hotel’s front desk. You will need to present a photo ID to pick up your key. All charges are being routed to our master account, so no credit card is needed.

Check-out

Check-out is at noon. You do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting on Oct 8. If you Uber to the meeting you may store your lugguage with bell staff or place in your vehicle prior to departure.

Parking

Ponce City Market offers a paid parking program as well as valet parking. We recommend parking on Glen Iris, between Ponce De Leon Ave and North Ave NE.

Parking validations will be issued for those who chose to drive to the meeting location.

Uber codes will be issued for those who prefer to Uber from the Loews Hotel or Southern Company Gas Headquarters.
