As we head into the 2020-2021 event fundraising season, it's critically important for nonprofits to have a backup plan. In this workshop, we will work hard to ensure nonprofit leaders are equipped to lead a conversation within their organization about virtual options to support fundraising.  This workshop will outline the 5 elements of successful virtual events including the (1) Event Concept, (2) Technology, (3) Production, (4) Communication/Sponsorships and (5) Leadership.   The presentation will include concrete steps a nonprofit can take to convert their event into an online success.
