Hallie Bradley is Community Initiatives Manager in Charitable Giving for Alabama Power. In this role, Bradley is responsible for managing the Alabama Power Foundation’s external activities including communications, education initiatives, and the foundation’s grant programs.

She also oversees employee volunteer services including the Alabama Power Service Organization (APSO), comprised of active employees and their family members, as well as the Energizers, the retired employee volunteer group.

Bradley also manages the Alabama Business Charitable Trust Fund which works with community action agencies to provide support for energy assistance.

Bradley began her career with Alabama Power in 2006 in the Professional Development Program in External Affairs. She worked as a Communication Specialist, Media Spokesperson and served as Assistant To the Vice President of Public Relations and Charitable Giving.

Bradley graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama in 2004 with a B.A. in Communication. She received her M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011.

She currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Alabama College of Communication and Information Sciences and the board of directors for The Literacy Council of Central Alabama. Bradley is also a member of the Alabama Leadership Initiative (Class I) and the University of Alabama Blackburn Institute.
