Lindsay manages the SeaChange-Lodestar Fund for Nonprofit Collaboration and serves as the Project Manager for the national Sustained Collaboration Network. Before joining SeaChange, she served as a Social Impact Fellow with the University of Pennsylvania Center for High Impact Philanthropy and Penn’s M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership program. In her time at Penn, Lindsay focused on strategic planning, design and delivery of leadership development curriculum, and program expansion. Lindsay began her career at the University of Virginia Alumni Association, managing a portfolio of alumni affinity groups and their volunteer boards. She is an instructor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice, where she teaches graduate-level seminars in nonprofit governance and social impact assessment. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
