Glenn is the Field Support Manager for Technical Services Electrical Systems with over 22 years of experience with Southern Company. Glenn has spent his entire career at Southern Company focusing on the protection, control, reliability, compliance, and electrical safety for generating plants across the fleet. In his current role, he is managing a team of Field supervisors, technicians, and engineers that provide a variety of geographically diverse “boots on the ground” support to both the regulated and unregulated generating fleet. This support includes commissioning and start-up of new electrical equipment, NERC compliance testing, problem resolution/troubleshooting and unit trip investigation. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
