Rebekah currently serves as the Work Management & Planning Manager for the Southern Company Fleet Performance & Reliability organization and has spent the last 10 years of her career as a subject matter expert on work management, maintenance strategy, scheduling, and process improvement across the Southern Company fossil, hydro, and renewables fleet.
She currently leads a team of employees responsible for maintenance strategy, maintenance processes, maintaining the Southern Company Generation work management system data in Maximo, and supporting a variety of routine and maintenance and planned outage activities. Her team also has responsibility for fleet performance reporting metrics and performs data analytics and reporting functions for several branches of the business and government entities.
Rebekah began her career with Southern Company in 2006, and has held a variety of roles within generating plants and corporate organizations over the last 19 years.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
