Kristen is a graduate of Penn State University, where she received a B.S. in Geobiology with a Minor in Watersheds and Water Resources. Additionally, she has a M.S. in Hydrogeology from Clemson University. She is a licensed PG in Georgia and Alabama. Kristen serves a Senior Geologist in the T&PS Environmental Solutions Group. She joined Southern Company in October 2019 and is currently assisting with CCR groundwater compliance as the SCS project manager at 4 Georgia Power plant sites (Bowen, Hammond, Grumman Road, McManus). Previously Kristen was a consultant at Golder Associates for 7 years, where she also assisted GPC with CCR groundwater compliance at several sites.
