Cezary is a Principal Engineer – Supervisor in T&PS Technical Services Electrical Systems, with over 14 years of successful experience in Southern Company. Cezary specializes in power systems analyses. His professional experience includes various business units within Southern Company: Southern Nuclear, Transmission Planning, and SCS T&PS Technical Services - Electrical. In his current role he is managing a team of senior power systems engineers to support OPCOs and retail customers system-wide with electrical studies and analysis. In addition, Cezary manages NERC compliance studies program for OPCOs and retail customers. Cezary actively participates in industry working groups IEEE, NATF, and EPRI. Cezary holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, and a Master’s in Business and Administration from Columbia Southern University. He is married to his wife Barbara and has three children.
