Josh Myers joined Southern Company Environmental Solutions in 2018 and currently serves as the Engineering Project Manager supporting the Georgia CCR program and supervising the East CCR Project Engineering Group. For almost two decades before joining Southern Company, Josh worked as a civil engineering consultant, most recently at Golder Associates, and had the pleasure of designing and providing technical analysis for several of our ash pond closures in Georgia and Alabama. Prior to the CCR rule, Josh’s career focused on large dam and levee flood protection projects with a specialized focus in the areas of hydrology and hydraulics.
Josh lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kristin and has four sons, Oliver (14), Jackson, (14), Henry (11), and Henry (11). When not providing ash solutions, Josh enjoys travel, brewing, and supporting the boys’ music, sporting, and other creative interests.
