Naclane is currently the Drilling Services Supervisor for Southern Company, Civil Field Services. He holds a B. S. in Environmental Biology from Jacksonville State University and a Masters in Management, from Troy State University. Naclane holds certifications as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, and a HAZWOPER Incident Commander. Prior to joining Southern Company, he served as a U.S. Army, Nuclear Biological Chemical, Non-Commissioned Officer, and paratrooper with the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions, and 7th Special Forces Support Group. He has worked for Southern Company for 25 years in various capacities including Plant Chemist, Environmental Specialist, Laboratory & Compliance Team Leader, and Cost & Compliance Supervisor. As the Drilling Services Supervisor, Naclane is responsible for coordinating environmental/geotechnical drilling, subsurface geophysical investigations and underground discovery operations throughout the system. Naclane has been married to his wife Cynthia for twenty-one years, and has two children, Kyra and Franklin.
