Walter is a thirty-seven-year professional experienced at leading people, delivering results, and creating value. During his career, Walter has worked with people at all levels, assumed numerous roles/responsibilities, and demonstrated an ability to take ill-structured processes or concepts and make them structured, meaningful, and effective.

Currently, Walter serves as a Technology Planning Analyst (TPA) supporting the Southern Nuclear organization which he has been doing for almost ten years in various roles. As a TPA, he is engaged with the technology planning process, including innovation, solution identification/vetting, and proposal summaries.

Walter lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife of thirty-one years. He has two adult sons and a daughter-in-law.
