Mark Bissonnette is the EVP and Chief Operating Officer in the Americas for the Power Generation division. Position scope includes all Sales activities, New Generation Systems including GTCC business and Hydrogen production, Power Generation Services, and Manufacturing and Repair Operations. The Power Generation organization represents approximately 1500 employees and supports the Mitsubishi Power fleet of over 100 Gigawatts of gas, geothermal, and steam generation projects headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, with offices located across the region including Service and Manufacturing facilities in Orlando, Houston, Savannah, Mexico, and Brazil. Mark also is a key interface with New Generation Systems division, responsible for Service Agreements and digital solutions related to new equipment activity and projects.
Professional History
Prior to his current role, Bissonnette was responsible for the Power Generation Services division representing over 600 employees supporting Mitsubishi installed base customers in the Americas. Responsibilities includes sales, product line management, Long Term Service Agreements, Service Operations, field service and digital business. From 2008 to 2015, Bissonnette spent over
7 years with PSM (Power Systems Mfg. a subsidiary of Alstom) responsible for the other OEM business as VP of Commercial Operations. Bissonnette was the business leader responsible for Operations and Commercial activities for 7 regions globally.
Early in his 20-plus year career, Bissonnette was one of the original members of MPS (Mitsubishi Power Systems, wholly owned subsidiary of MHI) where he started the Field Services organization in 2001 responsible for Nuclear, gas, geothermal, and steam generation primarily in North America. Bissonnette began his career as a Field Engineer with Westinghouse in their Power Services Division located in Houston Texas.

Bissonnette holds a bachelor of science from Maine Maritime Academy and an Executive MBA
from INSEAD University.
