Andrea Taylor is an Engineering Supervisor in the Technical Services Organization. Her team supports multiple hydro modernization, renewables, and generation plant projects.
Since joining Southern Company is 2008, Andrea has worked in I&C on multiple environmental and retrofit projects. She also held leadership roles within the Generating Plant Performance group as well as the NDE testing group. Andrea is currently leading the United Way of Central Alabama campaign for SCS, SNC and Southern Power.
Andrea received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama. Prior to Southern Company, she worked at Kimberly Clark and Rockwell Automation. Andrea and her husband Paul have one daughter, Madison.
