• Mr. Delgado has been involved in performing nondestructive examination (NDE) activities on nuclear power plant components for the past 40 years, having worked at the Southwest Research Institute, IHI Southwest Technologies, Inc. and currently with Industrial Inspection and Analysis. Mr. Delgado has participated in numerous preservice and in-service examination efforts at U.S and international power plants. As part of the research and development teams for advance phased array procedures and methods, Mr. Delgado was awarded numerous patents in the application of Advance Phased Array methods for valve components relating to diagnostics, and data processing. Mr. Delgado currently holds a Level III certification in Ultrasonics.
