Matt Schmidlin has been working at Emerson Automation Solutions for nearly 8 years, currently in the role of Senior Field Support Engineer in the Customer Service group. Matt started at Emerson in 2016 as an instructor, becoming department lead in the PWCS, Networking, and Windows security course sets while also teaching all related Ovation topics. Matt moved to the Support group after 2.5 years, where he has worked for 5 years. He works as an SME in networking and cybersecurity, while working closely with group lead Jim Morgan on a wide-ranging number of Ovation topics.
