Tim Garfield is the Plant Operations Group Leader for WesTech, Inc supporting onsite construction and operations for Southern Company’s Plants Scherer, Barry, Daniel, and Wansley. Garfield has supported water and wastewater treatment design, construction, and operation for over a decade. Garfield has a master’s degree in civil engineering.
