Robby Roubicek graduated in 1999 Florida International University with a Computer Science Major and has completed the John Zink Burner School to learn Burner Fundamentals and Advanced Process Burner designs. Robby began working for Scientific Environmental Instruments, Inc. in 2002 as a junior field technician and later became senior field technician and ultimately Technical Manager of SEI, Inc. As Technical Manager he streamlined production and improved manufacturing efficiency and opened new doors with new technological designs of the Acoustic Pyrometer. Robby was voted in as the Director of SEI, Inc. in 2009. For the past 20 years he has been improving hardware and software designs to keep the Acoustic Pyrometer in the forefront of today’s advances in combustion control systems.
