We hope that you will join us for the 5th annual Southern Company UAS Conference.  Whether you are currently leveraging the technology or a novice, you are sure to find value as you will hear firsthand how the technology is improving efficiency, safety, and reliability across the company.

A highly innovative organization, Southern Company remains on the cutting edge of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) technology and integration within the energy sector.

Currently employing more than 180 remote pilots and 300 sUAS across the system, we are leveraging UAS technology in support of power generation, transmission, distribution, security, land management, economic development, renewables, storm response, and many more.  Our pilots continue to find new and innovative ways to exploit the technology on behalf of the company.

If you are interested in UAS technology and would like to learn more, please join us on October 13th and 14th  at the Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National.

We will kickoff the events with a golf outing at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on October 12th at 1pCT.  Contact Tim Hadaway for more details. tlhadawa@southernco.com
