• Group Rate: $179 plus $14.50 Resort fee and applicable state, local taxes (Joint HydroPower)
• Per Diem Rate: $94 plus $14.50 Resort fee and applicable state, local taxes (CORP of Engineers)
• Resort fee includes entrance gate fee, valet or daily parking, in-room wireless high speed internet, daily newspaper, in-room coffee
• All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card

To Book Guest Room Reservations 

• All reservations booked will require a one-night deposit.
• Please let your attendees know that they can book ONLINE for only the dates that you have contracted rooms in your group block. For all other dates, your attendees must call in to book a room.
• Once the group block of rooms has been filled, Legacy Lodge Reservations Team may continue to sell rooms to attendees at the “Best Available Rates” based on availability.
