Danielle is a nonprofit veteran with over 17 years’ experience serving organizations of different sizes and missions. She started a statewide nonprofit, Scenic Alabama, serving as its first Executive Director, and four new programs for different organizations—Transform Alabama, a stewardship learning cohort for Episcopal churches in Alabama; the Department of Development that provided thought leadership and fundraising coordination for the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama; the Alabama Folk School at Camp McDowell, a program for adults to learn quilting, banjo, pottery, and other traditional crafts from master artisans; and the Natural Wonders Campaign, an ecotourism and community organizing project for the Alabama Environmental Council. Danielle has developed skills in leadership, fundraising, marketing, communications, and events.

Danielle recently earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham which provides a strong academic foundation to her years of experience. With an undergraduate degree from Auburn University, she “believes in work, hard work” and she enjoys helping others to succeed. Danielle is married to Rob and has two adult children who are also serving their communities.
