This program provides a four-step conversation model to address disciplinary, corrective and behavioral challenges. It can also be used to tactfully disagree. You will learn to: -Address situations calmly with neutral language that deflates antagonism. -Clarify the core issue to determine action steps and redirect behavior. -Approach your viewpoint fairly and factually. -Eliminate negating comments and phrases. -Redirect behavior while motivating others to perform appropriately.
