Kathy Carlisle custom-designs and delivers professional development sessions for Southern Company. She has visited plants and offices across the company’s footprint over the last 17 years. She also coaches executives individually on a wide range of issues, from communication styles to leadership and work habits. Kathy formed Carlisle & Co after 25 years’ experience in Human Resources consulting, with Right Management Consultants and Mercer Human Resources Consulting. She is an expert in personality assessments and the way we communicate and work together. Kathy is committed to community leadership as well, serving as Chair of the Board of Project Corporate Leadership for 17 years, after graduating from the program. She is a member of the 2007 Class of Leadership Birmingham. She is an accomplished musician and serves as Pianist at Riverchase United Methodist Church.
