Kris Terry, facilitator and coach, combines over 25 years of experience in business and psychology to work with organizations on the human-side of business. Kris utilizes her unique background to assist organizations with a range of issues including leadership development, teambuilding, and coaching. Kris is specifically interested in group dynamics, communication, and cross-cultural competency.

Kris began her professional career in sales as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch. Later, she was in practice as a psychotherapist for 7 years. In 1996, Kris opened her consulting practice, ProQuest America, where she has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.
