Stefanie Coleman is a talented trainer, facilitator, and speaker whose passion for teaching shines through in the unique blend of enthusiasm, knowledge, humor, and practical insights she brings to her programs.

For over 20 years, she has worked with national and international groups to improve their interpersonal communication, productivity, customer service, and leadership skills.

Stefanie has led onsite workshops, public seminars, conference breakouts, keynotes, and year-long programs for participants from all different levels and industries. She joined Business Training Works in 2009.

Raised and educated in both the United States and Germany, she is able to easily move among cultures and connect with people from a host of backgrounds. Stefanie currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Stefanie has worked with organizations such as the World Bank, UPS, Toyota, BP, L’Oréal, STIHL, Astra Zeneca, Celgene, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, as well as a multitude of federal, state, and local agencies and the military.

Stefanie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Allegheny College with a BA in French and a minor in communication arts. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Association for Talent Development.
