Em Arnold is a Senior Consultant at Points of Light specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility and volunteerism. Upon receipt of her Masters degree of Nonprofit Management from The University of Georgia in 2016, she joined the United Way system for several years before transitioning to her current role. She is motivated by her work helping corporations redefine how they can best serve the community. Her professional experiences include managing teams of executives working to design enterprise-wide programming, volunteer days of service, and funding strategies. She has spent the last eight years dedicated to improving the effectiveness of global public/private partnerships and ensuring the voices of the community are heard when funders and decision makers choose to take interest.
