Amy serves as a Customer Success Manager and a Part 107 drone pilot for Skyward. In her role, Amy helps enterprises establish and scale their drone programs. She is also adept at reviewing existing drone programs and helping to quantify ROI and justification for additional use cases. Amy has spent the last 8 years working in SaaS across Account Management, Customer Success, and Professional Service teams. She previously taught English at international schools in both Spain and Indonesia. Her diverse background allows her to look at problems from many different angles while creatively finding a solution that fits her customer’s needs. Amy thrives on building strong relationships and always puts her customers first.
