Joyce Solomon is the program manager in the Innovation and Technology Department at Southern Nuclear.. In this role, her main focus is to research and implement innovate, cutting edge technologies and solutions within the company to enhance productivity, reduce cost and cultivate a safe working environment. She focuses on solutions around robotics, AI & advanced data analytics and digital workers. Joyce is responsible for identifying defining capability and UAS technology roadmaps addressing future Southern Nuclear needs.

Prior to this, she had worked in many different roles that focused on data analytics, infrastructure and networking solutions in reputable companies like Hewlett Packard and DHL in different parts of the world, to name a few.

Joyce earned her bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Business Administration concentrating in data analytics. She is an active member of Women in Nuclear (WIN), Women in Technology (WIT) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
