Join Us: Birmingham Heart Walk virtual informational sessions on March 9 and March 12.

March 9 at 1 p.m. and March 12 at 10 a.m., Alabama Power, Southern Nuclear, Southern Power and Southern Company Services employees interested in becoming a team coach for the Birmingham Heart Walk 2021 are invited to a virtual information session.

Sessions will include information about becoming a coach, best practices for building a team and fundraising tips. Two lucky attendees will be selected in a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card!

This year’s walk is scheduled for Saturday, June 12 and will be held virtually – walkers can join in from anywhere! David Cox, Southern Company vice president for Technology, will chair the event for the second time. Alabama Power, Southern Nuclear, Southern Power and SCS employees and their families from across metro Birmingham are invited to participate.
