Brian Bowen has more than a decade of experience providing clean energy solutions within the utility sector, including electric vehicles, energy efficiency, demand response, smart home, and community solar. Noelle Bohlen is a Senior Product Manager at Measurabl, where she has led a series of ESG SaaS and DaaS innovations for four years. Prior to Measurabl, Noelle was a Senior Product Manager at VTS in New York, a platform for managing leasing and asset management. She also tried her hand at Retail Leasing at Avison Young, where she quickly learned the CRE sector was hungry for more progressive software solutions. Noelle received her B.S. in Computer Science from Fordham University and truly enjoys working at the intersection of technology and Commercial Real Estate. Richard W. Caperton is the Vice President for Policy and Market Development at Arcadia.  In this role, he leads the company’s regulatory and policy functions, where his job is making sure that energy markets work well for the company’s products.  Prior to this, Richard led national policy development and ran the regulatory team covering the eastern United States for Opower, which was acquired by Oracle.  Earlier in his career, he did research and advocacy on energy finance policy at the Center for American Progress and political organizing at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.  Richard received his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and his BA from Pomona College in Claremont, California.  He and his wife live in Washington, DC.  LEARN MORE ABOUT Arcadia HERE.

Pier LaFarge is the co-founder and CEO of Sparkfund, a platform to enable leading brands to deliver on their behind-the-meter strategies, capture new revenue from customers and do so with a cohesive customer experience. Sparkfund's mission is to combat climate change through healthier buildings. He serves as a Trustee at The Nature Conservancy's Maryland and DC chapter. Previously, while at ICF International, he co-founded a service offering focused on energy efficiency finance strategy. Mike Phillips is the CEO of Sense, a Cambridge-based company developing intelligent devices and applications for the home.  Mike previously founded SpeechWorks in 1994, which applied emerging speech recognition technology to the call center industry, and in 2006 founded Vlingo which developed the first voice-based virtual assistant applications for mobile phones. LEARN MORE ABOUT Sense HERE.
