Hotel Accommodations:

Please do not make hotel reservations directly with the hotel.  Your reservation through this online form will secure your room.  You will be asked to present your ProCard upon arrival and the room and parking will be charged back to your respective business unit.  Please give your supervisor a heads up about this expense.  All other expenses while at the alumni event will be covered by Talent Management.  Confirmed registration to event does not confirm accommodations. You must make accommodations through hotel link and obtain confirmation number directly from hotel. If you have specific questions or needs regarding logistics, please contact Cindy Aldridge.

Hotel room is not included in event registration.
