As part of Our Shared Responsibility commitment, the company will ensure equal access for consideration for the Alabama Power Leadership Development Program for all eligible employees (exempt levels 3-6). To accomplish this, the company will invite self-nominations this year in addition to management-nominated participants. This will provide an opportunity for employees who have the potential and interest in advancement into positions with greater responsibility and influence. The Leadership Development Program is designed to strengthen employees’ knowledge of our business and leaderships skills, while building lasting relationships with other participants of the program.
