Team,

I am looking forward to seeing you at our meeting June 14th - 16th.  During this meeting, we will hear from Jeff Peoples, our executive vice president.  We will also have a mid-year update from some of our team members.  Finally, we have built in plenty of time in the agenda to mingle and spend time away as a team. 

Please complete your registration by Friday, May 27th.  Feel free to bring your family with you.  Each employee will receive a visa gift card valued at $200 that you may use for activities on Wednesday afternoon or at any point during your stay.  There are several activities available to you and the information to book these will be included in this registration site.    Use the $200 however you would like.  This is provided as a token of appreciation for the diligent work you do every day to keep our department running smoothly.

Dinner will be on the patio area Tuesday evening from 5 - 7 p.m. and your family is invited to join you for this event.  Attire for the dinner is resort casual.  I would like for everyone to dress business casual for the meeting on Wednesday morning.  Following the meeting on Wednesday, there will be free time to participate in activities with your family or teammates or if you wish to have free time on your own.
