Meeting Location - The Forum is in the Grand Ballroom on the second floor of the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center (800 Spring St. NW, Atlanta, GA).

Parking - Parking is available in the parking deck adjacent to the front entrance of the hotel. If you are staying overnight the front desk will give you a parking card with your room key for you to use to exit the deck. If you are not staying overnight you will receive 2 parking validation tickets with your name tag, one for each day.

Check In - If you are checking in Sunday the hotel’s normal check in time begins at 4 p.m. If you are checking in Monday we have arranged for all rooms to be ready as soon as you arrive. Room keys are available at the hotel’s front desk; you will need to present a photo ID to pick up your key. All charges are being routed to our master account so no credit card is needed.

Check Out - Check out is at noon, you do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting.

Luggage Storage - Luggage storage is available Tuesday in Conference Room 1, on the second floor near the hotel’s business center.
