5. Make your own ground and air travel arrangements.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh, 1000 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 for the Southern Company delegation. The rate is $199.00 per room, per night. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation this year thru the NSBE House website. Please DO NOT contact corporate travel to make these reservations as we will be responsible for any rooms not booked thru NSBE. First night's deposit plus a $4.00 non-refundable procesesing fee will be required to make your reservation.

Air Travel
The closest airport is the Pittsburgh International Airport. Plan to schedule your flight to arrive for our kickoff meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
Transportation/Carpooling
Coordinate with others on the team to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. Consider Uber, rentals cars or shuttles. The convention is offering the following discount codes for the SuperShuttle HERE. Some groups may want the flexibility of having a vehicle at the convention center. Plan accordingly.

Instructions: Click View Product under the appropriate selection, select your 'Size' and and 'Quantity' and add to cart. Click 'Continue Shopping' at the bottom of the page and repeat your selection for all three items. Once your have selected all items, add your "Date Needed" and the click 'Check Out' at the bottom of the page and complete the form as needed.
