Meeting Location
The Power Delivery System Performance Steering Committee Meeting is in conference center on the lobby level of the hotel. Measures are in place to allow social distancing in the meeting space. Masks are optional.
Attire
Dress for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register and will be individually billed. Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations. Please be prepared to present a form of identification and form of payment upon check-in.
Check-in
The hotel’s check-in time begins at 4 p.m. Luggage storage will be available for early arrivals. Early check-ins will be accommodated as rooms become available. Early check-in has been requested for all guest rooms.
Check-out
Check-out is at noon. You do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting. Luggage storage will be available.
Billing
All charges will be billed to the individual—a credit card will be needed at check-in.
