Meeting Location

The Forum is in Cloister Ballroom II & III on the lobby level of the hotel.


Attire

Dress for the meeting is business casual.

 

Hotel Reservations

Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register and will be master billed. Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations.

 

Check-in

The hotel’s check-in time begins at 4 p.m. For guests arriving Monday, we will have a remote check-in available in the Clubroom and hotel rooms for Monday arrivals will be pre-blocked to guarantee early access if needed. Luggage storage will also be available.

 

Check-out

Check-out is at noon. You do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting. Luggage storage will be available.

 

If flying Aerial Services (formerly System Air) please drop your luggage at the Georgian Room Library Tuesday morning before the start of the meeting.

 

Billing

All charges will be billed to the group’s master account—no credit card will be needed at check-in.
