Welcome to the 2025 System Foundations Summit

At Southern Company, our commitment to building the future of energy is matched by our dedication to strengthening communities and improving lives. The 2025 System Foundations Summit is our opportunity to come together—across states, teams, and disciplines—to connect, learn, and lead with purpose.

This year, we’re gathering in Atlanta, Georgia, at Southern Company Headquarters, from September 30 to October 1, with an optional networking on the evening of September 29 for those who need to travel in early.  

The Summit will allow us to dive into important focus areas, discuss challenges and opportunities, hear leadership insights, and experience hands-on opportunities to engage in community impact.

    •    Dates: September 30 – October 1, 2025 (optional welcome event on Sept. 29)
    •    Dress Code: Business casual
    •    RSVP Deadline: Monday, September 1
    •    Hotel Reservations: Steps for securing accommodations are available during registration. Staying at the preferred Summit hotel is encouraged.
    •    Time Zone: All times listed are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
