Customer Strategy & Solutions Expanded Leadership Team,

I’m looking forward to coming together as an expanded leadership team to engage in thoughtful dialogue on being a Champion for the Customer in our newly realigned structure.  Our meeting will be at Chateau Elan and will be a great opportunity for us to mingle, share, and grow.     

Please complete your registration by no later than noon on Wednesday, January 25 so we can get an accurate account of lodging needs. All lodging will be secured by Dale Jacoby so no need to secure on your own.

We will have an evening reception on Monday the 20th and a robust meeting on 21st.
