Dress for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register and will be master billed. Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations.
Check-in
The hotel’s check-in time begins at 4 p.m. Luggage storage will be available for early arrivals. Early check-ins will be accomodated as rooms become available.
Check-out
Check-out is at noon. You do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting. Luggage storage will be available.
Billing
All charges will be billed to the group’s master account—a credit card will be needed at check-in for incidentals only.
