As part of Moving to Equity, Operations is providing opportunities for employees to gain broader business perspectives and build relationships with senior leaders in small group settings. This program is designed for employees (exempt levels 7-8) who were nominated by management council. This will provide an opportunity for employees who have the potential and interest in advancement into positions with greater responsibility and influence. The Program is designed to strengthen employees’ knowledge of our business and leaderships skills, while building lasting relationships with other participants of the program.
