The Forum is in Cloister Ballroom II on the lobby level of the hotel.

Attire

Dress for the meeting is business casual.

 

Hotel Reservations

Hotel accommodations can be reserved when you register and will be master billed. Please do not contact the hotel or corporate travel to make reservations.

 

Check-in

The hotel’s check-in time begins at 4 p.m. For guests arriving Monday, we will have a remote check-in available in the Spanish Lounge. Luggage storage will be available for early arrivals.

 

Check-out

Check-out is at noon. You do not have to stop by the front desk to check out. We recommend removing your luggage from your room prior to the start of the meeting. Luggage storage will be available.

 

Billing

All charges will be billed to the group’s master account—no credit card will be needed at check-in.
