Many of us keep trying to address the same issues over and over again without success. We help participants identify and alter the invisible psychological barriers that prevent them from making the changes to which they are sincerely committed.
In this session, we:
• Introduce and explain how to use the Invisible Barriers Map, a tool that allows participants to identify and target the hidden competing commitments and assumptions that get in the way of making the changes to which they are sincerely committed.
• Work through several examples to increase participant understanding of how to use the Invisible Barriers Map to address a variety of desired changes in their professional and personal lives.
Upon completing the session, participants:
• Will understand how to identify and tackle hidden obstacles to making positive change by using the Invisible Barriers Map.
